Seha Yapı has launched the Zermeram Project, which consists 1,077 residents in Konya's most valuable and largest settlement area in the first quarter of 2016 and in the second quarter the construction started with the participation of the Minister of Development Lütfi Elvan. Even though the coup attempt happened in the country on the day the foundation was laid, the project attracted great interest from the people of Konya and achieved an important sales success, also started the second stage sales in the first months of 2017.

Housings in Zermeram, which is the largest water-themed mixed housing project, were developed according to different needs and expectations from 2+1 to 6.5+1. The first phase of 353 residences including villas and mansions is scheduled for completion in 2019. The project, which has the investment value of TRY 800 Million and will be built on an area of 320,000 square meters; is designed to include a biological pond of 17,500 square meters, grey and green landscape of 240,000 square meters, a wellness center of 2,750 square meters and a shopping mall of 9,222 square meters.

Very clean air, lush nature, life is like water

Clean air blowing from the flatlands with the region-specific Gedavet Wind adds another feature to the Zermeram project. Because of the difference in elevation over about 100 meters from the city center, Zermeram also offers access to fresh air; and when the units such as observation terrace, valleys, coves, walking tracks, children playgrounds, ponds, amphitheatres and shopping malls are completed; will become Konya's most exclusive project.

Thanks to the electrical energy generated by cogeneration plant and solar panels of Zermeram, which became a nature-friendly living spaces with solutions providing energy efficiency,
